Recording & Payment Info

The boring but necessary bit! These are the basic terms and conditions for VO projects.

* Client and VO Talent to agree exactly what is expected of the voiceover recording in terms of style / tone / pace / duration or number of words and total fee(s) for recording and usage

* Payment to be made via bank transfer, PayPal or another method agreed upon within 30 days of the invoice being sent by the VO Talent. Invoices will be sent immediately after the recording has been sent, or on the final weekday of the month as agreed in advance. Payment not made within 30 days will be subject to an additional charge of 1% of the original fee per month

* Any "pickups" due to VO Talent mispronunciations or script misreads are included within the original fee, if notified within 7 days of receipt of the recording. 

* Any "pickups" due to script or style / pace / tone changes by the Client(s) will be subject to an additional fee of between 50% to 100% of the original VO fee (subject to agreement on amount of work required between both parties). VO Talent reserves the right to offer minor changes at no additional fee

* VO Talent agrees to abide by all usual confidentiality and copyright laws. If the final VO recording is made publicly available, the VO Talent reserves the right to use all or part of the recording for promotional reasons (including showreels and on Talent website)
